- Annual maintenance contract
Out of the many service options we have, our customers can engage us on this service contract and enjoy service support for one year inclusive of all service calls, preventive maintenance calls and periodic customer relation service calls Customers purchase only genuine consumables items such as Toners, Imaging drum, Fuser units, Transfer belts and Fuser rollers etc... as and when required. All other spare parts such as feed rollers, motors, circuit boards, clutches, solenoids etc..., as per the detailed list in our contract are included free of charge.
- Comprehensive service package
This contract allows our customers to enjoy a comprehensive package which includes the supply of all consumable items and genuine spare parts as and when due. The package also includes service and preventive maintenance calls. Customers on this contract are billed on a pre-agreed "per click rate" based on machine usage.
